70-year-old man missing from Germantown located unharmed

GERMANTOWN, Md. - Montgomery County Police have located a man missing from Germantown.

70-year-old Richard Edwards Miller was reported missing after being last seen at his home in the 11400 block of Ledbury Way at around 7:50 p.m. Thursday.

Authorities say Miller was found safely around 9:30 a.m. Friday.
