Do you have unused vacation days piling up? According to the Global Forecasting Group Oxford Economics, 400 million vacation days will go unused by American workers this year.

Jones says many people don't take vacation days because they stress about what they may miss at work. Other times, people are afraid to spend that money and feel obligated to save it.
