4-year-old Va. girl Kaleya Ketter found safe; Amber Alert canceled

UPDATE: 8:30 p.m. - 4/8/15

The Amber Alert for Kaleya Ketter has been canceled. Virginia State Police say she has been safely located.

Kaleya Ketter was last seen at 603 St. Mark Street on Wednesday at 2:48 p.m.

She is described as a black female, 3 feet tall and weighs 50 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair – a braid on the top of her head and two on the back of her head. She was last seen wearing a pink Hello Kitty t-shirt and Coogi Pajama pants.

The child is believed to have been abducted by Phillip Alexander Ketter and Love Shariff.

Phillip Alexander Ketter is described a black male, 5'9" tall, 150 pounds with black hair worn in long dreadlocks with brown eyes. He was wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and a black coat.

Shariff is described as a black female.

Authorities say they may be traveling in a black Nissan Altima south on I-85 towards Charlotte, North Carolina.
