WASHINGTON - An investigation is underway after a person was killed in a crash in Northeast, D.C.

The crash happened around 11:10 p.m. Tuesday night on inbound New York Avenue at the South Dakota Avenue exit.
Officers say two vehicles were involved in the crash and the drivers remained on the scene.
