Dry, sunny Tuesday with comfortable fall temperatures in the 70s

WASHINGTON - Another chilly start to the day with clear skies! FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart says much like yesterday, we can expect to enjoy the continued sunshine Tuesday afternoon. Mother Nature is serving up a dry and sunny day with just a few high clouds.

A ridge of High pressure will move East across the Southeast coast and so the cool Northwest flow will return. Winds will get a bit gusty at 15 to 20mph -- but they will be lighter tonight.

Highs will be in the low 70s and seasonal but get ready for a brief warming trend in the days ahead as temperatures rise.
