Chilly, frosty Wednesday with highs in the low-50s

WASHINGTON - It's a frosty cold start this morning with temperatures ranging between 30 and 35 degrees just before sunrise. You may need a few extra minutes to scrape your windshield or track down the gloves!

It's also a much brighter day and with full sunshine we will see temperatures rise to the low 50s, which is still cool for early November.

Some cloud cover rolls in later tonight but temperatures still head for the mid-30s overnight.
