Both Gallup and the Wall Street Journal are out with new polling in the past few days. The Journal says it appears people who call themselves ?consistent voters? are likely to be democratic voters. A Children?s National Hospital nurse in the Heart and Kidney Unit just celebrated her one-year anniversary at Children?s National on Oct. 7. This year has been an especially rewarding journey because Kendra?s mom was treated on this same unit when she was a kid. Kendra?s mom was diagnosed with end stage kidney disease at 15. She was seen at Children's National where she underwent dialysis three times a week until she got her first transplant when she was 18. She would receive two of her four transplants at Children's National.
