2018 All-Star Week Schedule: Everything you need to know about All-Star Week in Washington DC

As the best baseball players on the planet prepare to play in the MLB All-Star game, here's a look at the schedule of festivities taking place in the District and how to score tickets to the coveted events. The 89th MLB All-Star Game airs on FOX 5 beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17.

Friday, July 13

Armed Services Classic - The co-ed softball tournament is made up of teams compromised of active-duty soldiers from each military branch. This game begins at 5 p.m. at Nationals Park. Click here to get tickets.

Saturday, July 14

The Color Run MLB All-Star 5K - Fans will have a chance to participate in a 5K color run which will begin at The Yards Park, located at the intersection of First and M Streets SE. The event is slated to begin at 8 a.m. You can learn more and register here.

Sunday, July 15

All-Star Futures Game - The top minor league prospects take the field at Nationals Park. Gates open at 2 p.m. and the action begins at 4 p.m. Click here to purchase tickets.

Monday, July 16

All-Star Workout Da y - MLB All-Stars will be at Nationals Park working out prior to Tuesday's main event. The workout runs all day. Click here to purchase tickets.

Tuesday, July 17

EVENTS HAPPENING THROUGHOUT WEEK :

All-Star FanFest - Fans will have a chance to celebrate the Washington Nationals, meet players and get autographs, photos and win giveaways. All-Star FanFest will take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center every day from Friday, July 13 through Tuesday, July 17. It will run from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, July 13 through Monday, July 16 and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17. MLB Assembly - Fans can celebrate art, fashion, music and baseball at the Wharf. The event will run from Friday, July 13 through Monday, July 16. PlayBall Park - Youth baseball and softball players, along with their families can enjoy fun, engaging and educational activities at The Yards, located at the intersection of First and M Streets SE.
