Wrong-way driver causes deadly three-vehicle accident on Interstate 495
ALEXANDRIA, Va. - A wrong-way driver was killed after he caused a three vehicle accident early Monday morning along Interstate 495 in Virginia. The accident was reported around 1:40 a.m. on the inner loop east of Exit 174 between Telegraph Road and the Eisenhower Avenue Connector.
