Video: Good Samaritan veteran who helped Colin Powell speaks

WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - A military veteran who lost his leg in Afghanistan has become an overnight celebrity in the DMV after Gen. Colin Powell showed him helping to fix a flat fire.

Powell posted pictures of himself and Anthony Maggert on the shoulder of the Beltway working on the vehicle.

Both men were on their way to appointments at Walter Reed Military Hospital when Powell's tire blew, and Maggert pulled over to help him.

On Thursday afternoon, Maggert took some time to talk to FOX 5.
