VIDEO: DC thief targets woman using a walker

WASHINGTON - D.C. police are looking for a man in connection with a robbery-pickpocket incident in Northwest D.C. As seen in surveillance video, the victim appeared to be using a walker. Police said the incident happened last Saturday morning at a Giant Food parking lot in the 3000 block of Veazey Terrace. Contact police at 202-727-9099 if you recognize the man.
