Update: Missing 74-year-old from DC located
WASHINGTON - D.C. police say they've located a 74-year-old from Southeast who had been reported missing on Thursday.
Police have not indicated what led to the disappearance of James Ray, nor have they said how he was found.
They thanked the public for their help.
