University wants list of woman's sexual partners after alleged rape at school function

A college student who is suing her university after she was allegedly raped at a school event is being asked to name all of her sexual partners as part of the lawsuit.

The woman, who remains anonymous, is seeking $10 million in damages after the alleged rape in August 2012.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, the woman claims she was assaulted after her drink was possibly spiked at a school event.

After the alleged incident, the woman claims she has been unable to have sex and has difficulties in romantic relationships.

Lawyers for the school, Virginia Wesleyan College, say that in order to establish the woman's credibility, a list of all sexual partners she has had is needed. Also requested is a list of all boyfriends since the alleged incident.

The woman's lawyer says the requests are an attempt to harass and intimidate the woman.
