Suspicious device in McLean determined to be inert, police say

McLEAN, Va. - Fairfax County police said they have given the all-clear after investigating a suspicious device in McLean.

Officers and members of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal team responded to the 7600 block of Provincial Drive Friday evening for the investigation of the device, police said.

The device was determined to be inert, according to police.
