Suspects sought in robbery on Green Line Metro train

WASHINGTON - Metro Transit Police are looking to identify persons of interest involved in a robbery onboard a Green Line train Sunday evening.

According to Metro, four suspects got onto a Green Line train along with the victim at the West Hyattsville station at 6:15 p.m. and robbed him of his cell phone one stop later at the Fort Totten station.

Metro said there were no weapons involved and the suspects would get off the train at the Georgia Ave-Petworth Metro station.
