Superhero council delivers top secret letter to 5-year-old Maryland boy
WASHINGTON - A 5-year-old boy with a life-threatening illness has received a top secret letter from 'The Superhero Council.'
Kaheem is from Maryland and is in active treatment for Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. He has told volunteers from Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic that he wishes to help people, save people and to be a superhero.
On Monday our special wish kid, Kaheem, received a top secret letter from The Superhero Council, which Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic delivered to Kaheem on Monday morning. The letter outlines what it takes to be a superhero and informs Kaheem that he may be needed in the next coming days to help out with some trouble that is brewing in the D.C. area.

This Friday FOX 5 DC is teaming up with Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic to help make this wonderful and giggly boy's dreams come true.

On Kaheem's wish day, Make-A-Wish volunteers will be taking donations on the phone during Good Day DC from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
