State Police identify victims in deadly College Park crash

Maryland State Police have released the identities of one person who was killed and two people who were injured when their vehicle spun into the path of a tractor trailer on I-495 in College Park on Friday.

All three people were trapped after tractor trailer crashed into their vehicle around 3:50 a.m.

Linh Khuong, 47, of Silver Spring was pronounced dead at the scene.

Hoag Nguyen, 49, and Duoc Vo, 49, were both taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The tractor trailer driver was not injured in the crash.

State Police are still trying to determine what caused the crash.

They say it may have been influenced by inclement weather.

Investigators say there is no indication that either of the drivers were impaired when the crash occurred.

The Outer Loop was shut down while police were on the scene.
