Small plane forced to make emergency landing in Fauquier County
FAUQUIER COUNTY, Va. - A small aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing in a Fauquier County field on Friday afternoon.

Virginia State Police say the landing was reported around 4:46 p.m.
Investigators believe engine failure prompted the emergency landing.
No one was injured during the incident in the 11900 block of Freeman Ford Road.
Troopers are investigating the incident.
