Several freed from elevator after power outage at Metro station

BETHESDA, Md. - Several people were stuck on an elevator at a D.C. area Metro station Wednesday following a power outage. The outage happened around 7 a.m. at the Medical Center station in Bethesda.

The power was restored just before 8 a.m. The station remained open during the outage.

No injuries were reported.
