School closures, delays for DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia for Monday, December 16

WASHINGTON - A blast of snow triggered snow closings and delays for some parts of Virginia and West Virginia for Monday, December 16.

The snow left a coating in some places of western Maryland. A cold and chilly rain is expected for the immediate Washington, D.C. region.
