'Saved By The Bell' pop-up diner now open in West Hollywood!
(FOX 11) - Bayside has come to the west side...well West Hollywood, that is! A new pop-up diner called Saved By The Max, inspired by 'Saved By The Bell' is now open on the corner of LaBrea and Santa Monica Blvd. after it's successful run in Chicago!
If you were a fan of the hit show, then you knew that after the bell rang, there was one place you could find Zac, Kelly, Slater, Jesse, Lisa, and Screech! And that place would be: THE MAX!
Besides the authentic interior, 'Saved by the Bell' fans get to dine and unwind while they rewind back to the 90's! There's plenty to enjoy off of The Max's menu, too! Hamburgers, fries, Monte Cristo, and more! Yum, pass the ketchup please!
Tonight I put my hair in a side ponytail, leg warmers on, and headed down to the official first night of Saved By The Max, which included a ribbon cutting before its 5:00 pm opening.
Cast members Ed Alonzo (who played MAX) and Dennis Haskins who played the notorious principal Mr. Belding were there to open the doors in style! Ed even performed one of his magic tricks for us!
Tickets are still available, and all other details can be found at: savedbythemax.com
The pop-up diner is scheduled to open until the end of the year, but Bayside Tigers for life!
