Saturday morning stabbing at Gallery Place Metro stop

WASHINGTON - Trains were forced to bypass Gallery Place during the early hours of April 30 due to a stabbing at the Gallery Place station.

An adult male was injured in the incident but is expected to recover. He is not being cooperative with police at this time.

Police stopped several possible suspects, but were unable to make any arrests because the victim would not give a description of his attacker. Police arrested another person in the area on an unrelated open warrant.
