Rocks thrown at Metro bus in DC

WASHINGTON - Metro police are investigating damage done to two buses. ANC Commissioner Paul Trantham says kids were throwing rocks at the buses, hitting the windshield.

The incident happened just after 10 p.m. at Bruce Place and 12 th Street, SE, according to Metro spokeswoman Sherri Ly.

Fortunately, no one was hurt, but Metro had to take the passengers off of the bus while police investigated.
