Robber arrested after Alexandria bank heist, police say

Police say they've arrested someone who robbed an Alexandria bank. 

It happened around 11 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of South Van Dorn Street. 

There were no injuries reported.

Information on the suspect or how much was taken was not immediately available. Police and the FBI Washington Field Office did not have an immediate comment.
