Roads re-open after suspicious package found near National Mall

WASHINGTON - Several roads near the National Mall have re-opened after a suspicious package closed them earlier Monday morning.

Police say the package was found near the intersection of 9th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue shortly after 9 a.m.

No injuries were reported.
