Referee pulls out cell phone, takes call during basketball game

This could be the world's worst referee.

During the middle of a middle school basketball match up - he took a phone call on his cell phone.

Video of the game on Deadspin.com shows the referee on his phone for about a minute.

The game took place in Washington state and was recorded by a spectator in the stands.
