Prince George's County investigators investigating Lanham homicide

LANHAM - Police in Prince George's County are looking for a suspect - or suspects - after a victim was found shot to death in Lanham Wednesday night.

Police say they found the victim in the 6500 block of Manton Way around 9:35 p.m.

They say 28-year-old Anthony Freeland of Southeast Washington had died after suffering multiple gunshot wounds.

Investigators do not believe the killing was random.

A $25,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the suspect or suspects.

They noted that tipsters do not need to offer their name.
