Police warn commuters after taxi car-jacked in the District

WASHINGTON - Police are warning the public after a cab driver was car-jacked in southeast D.C. Officers say it happened in the 3900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue around 4:25 a.m. Wednesday.

The taxi is from the Silver Cab Company but the actual vehicle color is red.
