Police: Stabbing victim's injuries self-inflicted

WASHINGTON - Police say the injuries to a man who was found stabbed in northwest D.C. were self-inflicted.

Police found the victim around 9:20 a.m. Tuesday along Thomas Circle. Police originally thought he may have been attacked with a pair of scissors.

The man remains hospitalized at this time.
