Police search for Montgomery County man missing since April 1

MONTGOMERY VILLAGE - Montgomery County Police are searching for a missing Montgomery Village man last seen on April 1.

29-year-old Andre Bernard O'Brien was last seen on foot in the area of the Montgomery Village Crossing shopping center at around noon on Friday.

O'Brien is an African American male, 6' tall, and who weighs 215 pounds. His head is shaved and he has brown eyes.

Officers and family are concerned for O'Brien's physical and emotional well-being. They say he has no known access to a vehicle and uses public transportation. Police say he frequents the downtown Silver Spring area and Southeast, Washington, D.C.
