Police say missing 16-year-old in Prince William County located and is safe

Police in Prince William County are seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing and endangered 16-year-old boy from Manassas. 

Anthony Brian Carter Jr. was last seen on September 9. Police say it is believed that Anthony left his home voluntarily and may be in need of assistance. 

Police describe Anthony as a black male who is 5'8" and 143 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing gray shorts, black shoes and a black hoodie.
