Police release video, photos of suspect wanted in DC sexual assault

WASHINGTON - Metropolitan Police have released video footage of a suspect they are searching for. The individual sexually assaulted a victim in a home in Northwest Washington in June 2016.

The attack took place in the 4800 block of Connecticut Avenue, NW between 3:13 a.m. and 4:06 a.m. on Sunday, June 26, 2016. This incident is considered first-degree sexual abuse, according to officials.

Surveillance video was released by police to gain the public's assistance with identifying the individual in this crime.
