Police looking to identify suspects in Northeast D.C. armed robbery

WASHINGTON - Police are asking for the public's help as they try to identify two people of interest in an armed robbery in Northeast D.C.

Officials say the robbery happened just after 9:30 p.m. Friday in the 3900 block of Minnesota Avenue, Northeast.

Police say the suspects - who were caught on surveillance camera - went into the business, with one brandishing a gun towards the victim and demanded money.

After the the victim agreed and handed over what they asked for, the suspects then fled the scene.
