Police in Prince George's County are investigating a crash that left a 29-year-old man dead Tuesday night in Brandywine.

At 9:55 p.m. on March 26, police say they were called to the scene of a two-car collision at Brandywine and Gibbons Church roads. Garfield Manning, the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the crash, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say the second driver suffered non-life threatening injuries.

A preliminary investigation reveals Manning was driving southbound on Brandywine Rd. when he lost control of his car and struck another vehicle after entering the northbound lanes.
