Police, family search for man missing from Tysons Corner

Police and family members are asking the public for help in finding a missing person.

Officers say 53-year-old Byron Jeffrey Harris was last seen in the Tysons Corner area on Wednesday. Family members says they were in the 8100 block of Leesburg Pike when he suddenly walked away from them.

Harris suffers from a brain injury and has diminished cognitive abilities. Officers have searched the area but say he may have entered a Metro bus or train.

Harris goes by the name "Jeff" and is described as a black male, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighing 110 pounds. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved gray and black polo-style shirt, light-colored jeans and black Nike sneakers. He walks with a slight limp.
