Police chase ends in Northeast DC

A police chase through the streets of D.C. came to an end on Randolph Street in Northeast D.C. Monday night.

According to residents in this quiet neighborhood, they believe this vehicle pursuit was a product of a carjacking. D.C. police have not confirmed if that is what happened or if they have a suspect in custody.

An alley in this neighborhood was shut down for a couple of hours while police investigated. Crime scene investigators dusted for fingerprints and a truck later towed the silver Chrysler 300 car away from the area.
