Police: 2 juveniles arrested, 2 others sought in alleged Silver Spring fitness center burglary
SILVER SPRING, Md. - Police have arrested a 12-year-old and a 13-year-old boy suspected of burglarizing a Maryland fitness center and investigators say they are searching for two more juveniles who may have been involved.
The burglary happened on June 20th at a fitness center in the 8700 block of Flower Avenue in Silver Spring. Police say cash and other property were taken. The other suspects are believed to both be 12-years-old boys.
Police say the 12-year-old who was arrested is also believed to have attempted a burglary at a residence in the 8600 block of Piney Branch Road later that same afternoon.
No charges have been announced and the investigation is still underway at this time.
