Police: 2 additional woman face prostitution charges in Rockville massage parlor investigation

Police say two additional women have been arrested and face prostitution related charges in connection to an ongoing massage parlor investigation in Montgomery County.

Investigators say neighbors notified them that they believed one of the massage parlor locations had reopened since the initial arrests had taken place. Police say they believe Chen and Wei were living at one of the massage parlor locations and were providing services t male customers.

Officials say Wei was charged with one count of engaging in prostitution and one count of occupying a building for prostitution. Chen was charged with one count of occupying a building for prostitution. Chen was released after posting a $7000 bond and Wei was released after posting a $3000 bond.

Officers say the investigation is still continuing.
