Person rescued from vehicle stuck in icy water in Montgomery County

BOYDS, Md. - Rescue crews in Montgomery County have extracted a person from their vehicle that was stuck in icy water in Boyds, officials say.

The rescue happened Wednesday evening at 10 Mile Creek Road and W. Old Baltimore Road.

The victim was not injured, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson Pete Piringer.
