URBANA, Md. - A person was struck and killed by a tractor trailer early Thursday morning in Frederick County.

The crash happened along northbound i-270 northbound in Urbana near exit 26.

Authorities say the crash happened just before 4 a.m. The circumstances surrounding the crash are under investigation at this time.
