Package delivery driver arrested for indecent exposure in Prince George's County

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (FOX 5 DC) -- A Baltimore man was arrested last week in Prince George's County for allegedly exposing himself to a woman multiple times.

According to police, patrol officers were called to the area of Backus Road and Cory Drive right outside the city of Bowie after receiving a report of a suspicious person on June 27.

When officers arrived at the scene, they spoke with a woman who said a man driving a Ford van exposed himself to her three times while she was walking in the area. The woman called the police as soon as she got home, police say.

On June 28, police say a detective who was assigned to investigate the first incident heard another report of a suspicious person in a white van go out over the police radio from the same neighborhood as the day before.

When the detective arrived at the scene, police say officers were talking to 24-year-old Martin Briscoe who was working as a package delivery driver for a company based in Ohio. Police say his routes were in Prince George's County.

Briscoe was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.

Detectives would like to speak with anyone who they say may have had a similar encounter with Briscoe. If you have information on this case, contact police at 301-772-4911 or contact Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477).
