FDNY reports that an explosion occurred at 3075 Richmond Terrace at 4:19 p.m.

The total count of victims is currently 16:

• 1 civilian was seriously injured
• 2 firefighters were seriously injured
• 2 firefighters were moderately injured
• 9 firefighters were injured minorly
• 2 EMS workers were injured minorly

All were taken to the nearest hospital.
