No victims found after vehicle found partially submerged in C&O Canal, officials say

WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - A water rescue has been turned over to law enforcement after a vehicle was found partially submerged in the C&O Canal on Thursday. 

DC Fire and EMS personnel searched the vehicle in the area of Canal Road, just south of Chain Bridge Road in Northwest D.C.  

No victims were located and the investigation was eventually turned over to police.
