Montgomery County police ID man suffering from life-threatening injuries after being hit by vehicle

ROCKVILLE, Md. - Montgomery County police are asking for the public's help as they investigate a crash that left a pedestrian with life-threatening injuries in Rockville on Thursday.

They've identified the victim as 61-year-old Dingguo Guo of Valley Stream Drive.

Police began investigating after the incident on Hungerford Drive was reported around 7 a.m.

They say Guo was crossing Frederick Avenue at the intersection with Hungerford Drive when the collision occurred.

The roadway was closed after the crash, but it has since reopened.
