Missing 9-year-old Anne Arundel County boy located

Anne Arundel County police said a missing 9-year-old runaway has been located and is unharmed.

Benjamin Molina had been missing since around 7 p.m. Friday when police said he bolted from the car he was in with a family member across the street from Odenton Elementary School.

Police tweeted Monday night that Molina walked into a business and identified himself as the missing child.

Friends and neighbors handed out flyers on Monday in the search for him.

"We're all very scared and his family's having a hard time of course," said family friend Wendy MacDonald.

This is the third time the child has run away in the past month, but it is the first time he has left alone. He ran away the first two times with his 14-year-old brother.
