Missing 10-year-old boy from Southeast found safe

WASHINGTON (FOX 5 DC) - Officials say 10-year-old Malachi Hooks who had been missing since Friday has been found and is in good health.
The FBI had been assisting D.C. police in their search for the missing 10-year-old boy last seen in Southeast on Friday afternoon.
Officials thank those who shared Malachi's information to help him be found.
Due to Malachi's age, The FBI's Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force has joined the investigation because of the juvenile's young age and is providing assistance to the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department.
Hooks is described as a black male with a light brown complexion. He is 5 feet 3 inches tall and 124 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, a black coat and gray new Balance shoes.
