Man, woman shot in northeast DC

WASHINGTON - A man and a woman are recovering after being shot in the District.

The shooting happened around 10 p.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of Brentwood Road in the northeast.

Police have not yet uncovered a motive for the shootings. No suspect information has been released at this time.
