Man struck, killed by train in Odenton

ODENTON, Md. - A man was struck and killed by a train Wednesday morning in Anne Arundel County.

The incident happened along a stretch of tracks near the station on Odenton Road in the Odenton area around 7 a.m.

Service along the MARC-Penn Line was temporarily suspended. Metro honored MARC tickets during the disruption.

The Odenton MARC Train Station reopened for normal operation around 11 a.m.
