Man struck by vehicle in Rockville apartment parking lot, police say

ROCKVILLE, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - Montgomery County Police detectives are investigating after a man was struck in Rockville Monday night.
The incident happened in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 16100 block of Crabbs Branch Way.
Police say the victim is in serious condition and has been transported to a local hospital.
The striking vehicle remained at the scene.
