Man shot, killed in Southeast DC

WASHINGTON - A man is dead after police say he was shot in the back early Wednesday morning in Southeast, D.C.

The shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of W Street. Some roads in the area were closed during the investigation.

Police have no suspects or motives in the case at this time.
